ANTS ON A ROCK 

Solenopsis are known for their fast growth and Fugax are no exception, Know as Thief Ants due to their tendency to burrow into other colonies to steal food and brood. These ants do hibernate.

Colonies tend to multiple queens leading to large numbers in successful colonies.

These Ants are a small size with queens reaching Queen size: 6-8 mm and Worker size: 2-4 mm

 Like most Ants they require Sugar for Carbs and Pre-Killed Insects for Protein.

Keep these Ants between 18-26C with a humidity of 50-75%, keeping them closer to 25C will speed up brood development.
